Banking Park Avenue Group is partnering with a global bank in the search for a People Development & Experience Analyst. This role will focus on developing and implementing initiatives that strengthen employee development, engagement, performance, and workplace experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, highly organized, and capable of turning employee insights into meaningful programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and manage training and professional development programs based on employee and organizational needs.
Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop learning opportunities that support career growth.
Coordinate external training, workshops, and e-learning programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
Organize company-wide events, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback, and career development.
Assist managers with coaching, mentoring, and employee development strategies.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Promote initiatives that foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Help integrate company values into employee programs and day-to-day operations.
Utilize HR technology, analytics, and engagement tools to measure program effectiveness and inform decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or a related area.
Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, learning, and employee experience best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from concept through execution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with HRIS, LMS, employee engagement, HR analytics, and virtual collaboration platforms preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
