Job Description

Hadinger Flooring, one of the USA's Top 50 Flooring Retailers, is looking for a driven, and high-performing sales professional who wants to build a book of business and earn at a high level. This is not a typical retail sales role. We are looking for a self-motivated closer who is willing to go beyond the showroom—someone who will actively generate business through relationships with designers, builders, contractors, and past clients.

Requirements:
Proven sales performance (flooring experience preferred but not required for the right closer) Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to read floor plans and manage details Solid math skills for accurate measuring, estimating, and quoting High level of personal accountability
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through networking and outreach Work showroom opportunities and convert at a high level Conduct field measurements and project consultations Prepare quotes, close deals, and manage projects through completion Build long-term client relationships and repeat business Why Hadinger Flooring Work on some of the most beautiful homes and projects in Southwest Florida Join a respected, multi-generation company with a strong reputation Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and a generous PTO package Positive team culture with regular employee events and recognition
Compensation:
$60,000
  • $120,000+ base/commission range, with top performers exceeding this through self-generated business.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9-5:30, with one weekday off. Saturday rotation required. Closed Sundays. Hadinger Flooring is an EOE and a drug-free workplace. Candidates must pass a background and drug screen prior to employment.
