Exquisite Timepieces is one of the largest luxury watch retailers in the United States and an Authorized Dealer for more than 60 of the world's most respected watch brands, including Omega, Tudor, Grand Seiko, Hublot, Breguet, TAG Heuer, and many others. We also maintain one of the largest pre-owned luxury watch inventories in the world, serving collectors and enthusiasts across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Trainer who is HIGH ENERGY, passionate about developing people, improving performance, and creating a culture of continuous learning. Position Summary The Sales Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving all sales training programs for Exquisite Timepieces. This individual will onboard new sales consultants, coach existing team members, reinforce luxury selling techniques, and ensure every client receives a consistent, world-class experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, coaching, motivating others, and holding teams accountable while helping sales professionals reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities New Hire Onboarding Design and manage a structured onboarding program for all new sales consultants. Train new employees on company policies, systems, and procedures. Teach luxury sales techniques and customer relationship building. Educate employees on our brand portfolio, watch terminology, complications, and competitive positioning. Ensure every new hire is fully prepared before interacting with clients independently. Sales Coaching Observe sales interactions and provide real-time coaching. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions. Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans. Help increase closing percentage, average transaction value, and client retention. Reinforce consultative selling rather than transactional selling. Product Education Build and maintain educational programs for all watch brands. Coordinate vendor training sessions with brand partners. Keep the sales team current on new product launches and collections. Create product quizzes and certification programs. Sales Process Development Standardize the customer experience from greeting through follow-up. Create and document sales playbooks and best practices. Develop objection handling guides and sales scripts. Improve follow-up processes and clienteling strategies. Performance Management Track training effectiveness using measurable KPIs. Monitor onboarding progress. Report individual and team development metrics to leadership. Recommend additional coaching opportunities.
