Job Description

AirplaneIQ is looking for a motivated, analytical, and driven individual to join our team as an Aircraft Market Analyst with a clear path to becoming a Private Jet Broker . This is not a typical sales position. It's a structured training opportunity to learn the private aircraft industry from the ground up. You'll begin by researching aircraft markets, analyzing values, identifying buyers and sellers, and supporting live transactions. As your knowledge and performance grow, you'll transition into a client-facing brokerage role where you'll negotiate aircraft sales and build your own book of business. What You'll Do Research private aircraft values and market trends Analyze aircraft specifications, maintenance history, and ownership records Identify prospective buyers and sellers Build and maintain market databases and CRM records Assist brokers with active aircraft transactions Prepare valuation reports and client presentations Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and text Learn aircraft systems, maintenance, regulations, and transaction processes Progress into managing your own aircraft sales What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with professionals and executives Analytical thinker who enjoys research Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Proficient with computers and modern software, especially AI Sales experience is helpful but not required Aviation experience is a plus but not required What You'll Learn Our training program is designed to help you develop expertise in: Aircraft valuation Private aviation market analysis Aircraft maintenance fundamentals FAA documentation and ownership research Sales, negotiation, and client communication Marketing private aircraft High-value transaction management Career Growth Top performers will have the opportunity to transition into a Private Jet Broker role, representing buyers and sellers in multi-million-dollar aircraft transactions. Compensation Salary is commensurate with experience, living situation, and requested commission split.
Pay:
