YOUR IMPACT
You'll join a client service team that sits at the intersection of people, technology, and performance, helping influential organizations solve some of the toughest challenges around talent, organizational design, leadership and change. You will work together with your broader team to diagnose workforce, culture, and capability gaps emerging in AI-enabled environments. Your work could include challenges like deploying agentic AI to augment teams or tackling how to reskill and redesign talent ecosystems to thrive in autonomous and semi-autonomous workplace models. Your work will help build trust, transparency, and governance around responsible generative AI (gen AI) in people-related decision-making. Together with the broader team, you might also implement new ways of working that create sustainable performance lift—supported by data, technology, and behavioral science.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Undergraduate degree required; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, MSc) or equivalent work experience preferred 4+ years of post‑graduate experience in a people, talent, human capital, or organizational development domain Specialized expertise in human capital topics such as workforce planning, organization design, leadership development, or culture transformation Experience applying or integrating generative AI—especially agentic AI—into HR, Talent, or organizational performance contexts Demonstrated ability to introduce emerging technologies to improve talent processes or organizational effectiveness Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
