WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE BROKER

Unlike many entry-level opportunities where your primary training comes through another agent, individuals selected for this opportunity will work directly with the broker and founder of Nothing But Excellence, LLC. You'll have direct access to office leadership, hands-on mentorship, licensing guidance, field training, and ongoing development as you learn the business and begin working with clients. Our goal isn't simply to bring people into the industry. We want to develop confident, capable, licensed professionals and future leaders. Important upfront details We believe in being transparent so you can decide if this is the right fit for you: Applicants must be licensed or willing to obtain a life insurance license . Licensing and onboarding requirements will be discussed during the interview process. We provide hands-on training , mentorship, and support throughout the process.
