WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a professional sales position focused on helping homeowners understand their roofing and restoration options. You will receive training and develop the ability to communicate with customers, identify needs, and provide solutions they can understand and trust.
Build Relationships:
Meet with homeowners and learn about their restoration concerns.
Evaluate Needs:
Use proprietary Video Roof Inspection technology to help identify and explain roofing damage.
Guide Customers:
Walk homeowners through available solutions and the insurance and restoration process.
Develop Professionally:
Strengthen your sales, communication, and leadership abilities through coaching and real customer interactions. The goal is not simply to close a sale. It is to become a trusted resource for the customer while building valuable skills for your own career.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

$80,000 to $120,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission
