Manufacturing Trainer Location:

Suwanee, GA Pay:

$25

Schedule:

7:00AM-3:30PM Axiom Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Trainer for a growing manufacturing facility in Suwanee, GA. The Manufacturing Trainer will be responsible for training and certifying employees in production, warehouse, returns, and other operational areas. This position will work closely with supervisors and management to ensure employees are properly trained, supported, and successful in their roles.

Responsibilities:

Train and certify employees in production and warehouse operations Track employee training progress and certifications Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback Communicate training needs and concerns to management Support process improvements and employee development Work collaboratively with multiple departments

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience required Previous training, lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Computer skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible to support different shifts as needed If you feel this ad would be a good fit for you, please apply to the link provided.
