HR & Training Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on HR & Training Specialist to support the continued growth and development of our HR function. This role will play a key part in building and implementing our training and development programs while also supporting core HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role that will bring structure, consistency, and scalability to our people processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited about helping build programs from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Training & Development Support the development and rollout of onboarding and training programs Assist in building training content, SOPs, and internal resources Help implement and manage training initiatives within ADP (LMS) Coordinate training sessions and communication Partner with leadership to support development efforts Assist in developing a companywide training matrix Execute training sessions as needed HR Operations Support Maintain employee records and HR documentations Help build workflows in ADP Respond to employee inquiries Support audits and compliance activities Assists HR leadership as required Employee Engagement & Culture Coordinate recognition programs Plan events and wellness initiatives Support reporting functions Maintain HR bulletin boards Administrative & Coordination Support Organize HR files and systems Track HR initiatives Coordinate logistics for meetings and events Qualifications 2-5 years of HR or related experience Strong organizational skills Experience with training preferred Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP a plus) Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and proactive Ability to build processes in a growing environment Advanced Excel skills Why This Role This role is an opportunity to help build and shape the HR function within a growing organization.
