In this role, you will be responsible for educating new hires and temporary staffing employees on company policies and procedures, supporting OSHA safety training, and maintaining accurate training records, all while ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities Educate new hires and temporary staffing employees on company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations Facilitate OSHA safety training for new employees and ensure all required modules are completed Serve as an instructor for company, delivering structured training content and supporting learner development Track all active education and training progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation Gain insight and updates from production and department managers to ensure training content remains current and aligned with operational needs Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe training environment Maintain strong communication with leadership and employees to support successful onboarding and continuous learning Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of instructional training experience or equivalent combination of undergraduate education and instructional training Previous training or facilitation experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer experience or knowledge Must have a clear background to be considered Ability to present information clearly and confidently to groups of varying sizes About Us Express Employment Professionals works with job seekers to help find the right job for their skills and experience.
