What You'll Do:
Manage the backend of learning systems, translating training documents from departments into organized, trackable formats (primarily in Excel and internal systems)Support learning platforms and tools to ensure programs run efficiently and users have a seamless experienceFormat, organize, and maintain data—creating clean spreadsheets, simple charts, and visual reporting to support training insightsPartner cross-functionally to gather training content and ensure it's accurately reflected in learning systemsCoordinate training logistics and assignments, keeping programs structured, compliant, and easy to navigateProvide day-to-day support to leaders and employees navigating training systems and resourcesMonitor training data and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvementMaintain audit-ready documentation and ensure training records meet compliance standardsThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the backend of learning operations, partnering with teams to take information and turn it into structured, trackable, and user-friendly training systems.
