Job Description:

Who we are: Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products. Qualifications Required Experience supporting or coordinating training efforts for large initiatives Ability to work as part of a change or transformation team to help users adopt new processes or tools Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting others who are responsible for training Familiarity with training content platforms such as knowledge bases or learning management systems Experience with e?learning or digital training tools Preferred Experience supporting training for large system implementations Emphasis on clear, user?friendly training design Some roles may require adherence to internal policies related to professional conduct. Responsibilities Lead a trainer enablement program to prepare internal staff to support end users Assist with trainer onboarding and coordination Manage logistics and participation in testing and readiness activities Develop and deliver content to support trainers Provide ongoing support to trainers during rollout and stabilization Coordinate training preparation for testing phases using existing materials Plan and coordinate end user training Develop training plans and schedules Manage training logistics such as access, environments, and materials Create or update training materials as needed using established templates Incorporate feedback from testing and post?launch activities Track training completion and evaluate effectiveness Support transition of training materials and ownership after initial rollout Collaborate with change, communications, and subject?matter partners to align messaging and materials Support exploration or rollout of tools that enhance end?user learning and support
