• Area Process Trainer
• Ruveon™ exists to do one thing exceptionally well: keep proven, dependable weed control within reach for the growers and retailers who feed the country. • What You Will Do
• The Area Process Trainer focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production.

They operate machines or equipment, set up and adjusts factors such as temperature, pressure, flow, and material reactions. They also manually control the unit or operate it via a control system and runs up and shuts down production facilities, including product changeover activities. Additionally, the Area Process Trainer cleans and decontaminates equipment and maintains housekeeping of the workplace, drives forklifts, and fills and takes over tank wagons. Participates in conducting routine analytics and takes samples as well as coordinates equipment maintenance and repairs with the technical team and documents and communicates work results during shift handovers.

• Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: + Support our next generation of training by identifying and developing new training needs in the site manufacturing units.

+ Support continual improvement by identifying gaps and upgrading the area training program to improve trainee & operator proficiencies & knowledge. + Monitoring training plans and work one on one with area individuals to further develop proficiency and performance. + Update area procedures and training related documentation. + Be the area liaison to the site training coordinator and training network. + Generate training material for distribution to the shifts and provide hands on training for the process technicians. + Develop training programs and establish training timelines for process trainees. + Update and distribute requalification tests and maintain testing timelines for qualified technicians. + Create troubleshooting guides. + Build weekly training agendas for Production Technicians and participate in training sessions with the engineering group. + Evaluate gaps in personal training by leading periodic assessment evaluations. + Help to assist in the process optimization and execution. + Identify and implement process control operability improvements. + Participate in weekly meetings with engineering/leadership. + Assist area engineering in day-to-day process operations. + Write and update SOPs/EIPs as needed. + Transitions/startup shutdown technical support and other non-routine operations supports. + Support One PSS efforts and being an active team member.

• Required Qualifications:

• + HS Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Thorough understanding of site manufacturing requirements and the ability to broadly transition personal knowledge across a diverse group. + A strong safety focus. + Demonstrated technical understanding of the manufacturing area. + Demonstrated ability to drive positive results and lead through influence. + Strong attention to detail. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your won work schedule. + Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills. + Ability to build strong relationships and networks. + Demonstration of courage and candor and demonstrated ability to coach and provide effective feedback to others. + Written and oral communication skills with strong presentation skills. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
