Staff Development Coordinator (LPN Required) Karcher Post Acute Karcher Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) to join our team. We take pride in being a supportive, collaborative, and rewarding place to work where both residents and staff thrive.
Compensation:
$30-$45 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training and educational programs to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver staff orientation and ongoing education programs Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company training requirements Maintain accurate training records and documentation Support infection control education and competency validation Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve staff performance Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in good standing Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and staff development Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care
