Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

The Boys & Girls Club of Kootenai County is looking for caring, hard working, professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people. Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Ideal candidates will be positive role models and mentors, who can provide a safe place for youth, aged 6-18 to have fun and build positive relationships while participating in a variety of program activities. Most work is conducted in a Club setting, both indoors and outdoors, including community field trips. This is a perfect opportunity for those considering fields in education, social services and recreation and for teachers, paraprofessionals, and coaches who are looking for a new, fun way to interact with students.ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
