Overview:

This role owns the end-to-end execution of a Brand Immersion training program, a sales enablement initiative designed to equip developers with the knowledge to understand and apply brand standards in real-world deal and development contexts. This is a hands-on builder role that sits at the intersection of brand, learning design, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of the Brand Immersion program - from designing and building new learning modules to rolling them out and continuously improving them based on feedback and data. Translating brand standards into practical, engaging learning experiences; drafting content and structuring modules; collaborating with design resources to bring materials to life visually; and managing stakeholders and timelines across a matrixed organization. Leverage AI and modern content tools to accelerate development and measure program effectiveness.

Requirements :

5+ years in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Program Management. Track record of executing programs from start to finish. Comfortable operating as a builder in a fast-paced environment - translating complex concepts into clear, usable learning Skilled at managing stakeholders and driving real-world adoption.

Preferred:

Experience supporting commercial or sales teams through training. Previous work with LMS/LXP platforms Articulate, Synthesia, or Canva.
