Job Description
The Opportunity As a Deals
- Valuation Intern, you will engage in the dynamic world of deal valuation, providing strategic advice and conducting due diligence to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value.
- Supporting valuation teams in conducting asset and business valuations for mergers and acquisitions
- Participating in financial analysis and modeling to assess the value of financial instruments and businesses
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports and presentations for client engagements
- Engaging in research to gather relevant market data and industry trends for valuation purposes
- Collaborating with team members to analyze balance sheets and financial statements
- Utilizing Alteryx for data analysis and process automation in valuation projects
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to develop skills in valuation methodologies
- Contributing to the development of strategic advice for clients in the context of business transactions
- Applying analytical skills to support due diligence and valuation processes What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year What Sets You Apart
