Job Description
A Substitute Youth Development Professional will work directly with children at our facility to provide a safe, fun, and positive environment where they can grow and develop into caring, responsible individuals. Working as a substitute means being adaptable to change, being passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, having a heart full of compassion for families in our community, being responsible and reliable, and being ready greet children with a smile each day. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Supervision of children
- Implementation of programs
- Data tracking
- Homework help
