Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our clients. This role requires a strong background in technical support, teaching, and various software applications. The Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement of skills. Responsibilities Implement training programs tailored to the needs of clients with various. Conduct training sessions using a variety of methods including one-on-one instruction and e-learning platforms. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to trainees during and after training sessions. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track progress, manage course materials, and evaluate training effectiveness. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. Create instructional materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Assess trainee performance through analysis skills to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continually enhance training offerings. Skills Proficient in technical support with strong computer management skills across various operating systems including Windows and macOS. Experience with software troubleshooting and customer service in an IT environment. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Google Workspace. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Classroom experience with a focus on training & development methodologies.
