Training & DOT Specialist Keystone Cooperative, Inc. - 3.8 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time 15 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Description The Training & DOT Specialist supports Keystone Cooperative's commitment to safety, compliance, and employee development. This role is responsible for helping design, coordinating, and delivering training programs across the organization, with a focus on Department of Transportation compliance and safety standards. The position ensures that all training initiatives align with federal and state regulations, as well as the Cooperative's internal policies and values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to: Maintain and monitor DOT compliance records, including driver qualification files. Coordinate new hire and ongoing employee training initiatives, including Asmark trainings. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure DOT and OSHA compliance. Track and report training completion and compliance metrics. Stay current with federal and state DOT regulations and industry best practices. Support incident investigations and recommend corrective training actions. Process billing for safety related invoicing Will oversee PERC training program (Propane Education Research Council)
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Experience in training coordination and compliance tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A strong desire to work in a team environment with aspirations for future growth opportunities High confidentiality position; must be trustworthy and operate with high integrity in all matters Proficiency in Asmark a plus Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations preferred but not required

The employee may infrequently need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
