Job Title:
Technical TrainerPosition Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing employees. The Trainer will be responsible for preparing new hires and current team members for various operational roles while ensuring compliance with company standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Deliver structured training sessions for new hires and current employees + Train team members on device screening, diagnostics, and Level 2 (L2) repairs + Teach operational processes, including system usage, workflows, and procedures + Assist the technical support team as needed + Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assessments + Clearly explain technical concepts to employees with varying experience levels + Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback + Maintain accurate training records and documentation + Ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements + Work closely with operations, quality, and support teams to align training with business needs + Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance •
Required Qualifications:
- + Experience with smartphone and/or laptop repair and refurbishment + Knowledge of diagnostics, quality control, and hardware troubleshooting (L2 repairs) + Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices + Strong communication and presentation skills + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to train and manage groups effectively + Professional attitude with strong reliability and accountability •
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Previous experience as a trainer, coach, or team lead + Background in repair operations, electronics manufacturing, or refurbishment environments + Familiarity with audits, compliance, and documentation standards + Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay Details:
- $45,000.
