Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for facilitating orientation using Alchemy system and executing the onboarding process for New Hires. Communicate company policies and procedures to ensure New Hires have solid understanding of what is expected. Complete all necessary paperwork associated with onboarding. Must be an engaging large-group communicator who contributes to the Orientation Team using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a "Creekstone Proud" culture through attitude and actions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work closely with the Training Team to transition New Hires to the next phase of onboardingMaintain excellent relationship with production supervisors, trainers, managers, and HRMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand and effectively communicate mission, vision, values, and Creekstone Proud cultureFacilitate and lead large group discussions in positive and engaging waysFacilitate new hire department toursSet up orientation classes, e.g., New Hire packets, presentations, etc.Ability to manage time and information in a high paced environment and with appropriate discretionMust maintain a positive, flexible, and adaptable working styleMust be assertive, sensitive, and tactful in working with a diverse group of peoplePerform other tasks as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
