No Job Summary The Staff Training Specialist supports the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of all Construction Staff Training Academies and onboarding programs. In addition to managing training logistics and learner support, this role facilitates and delivers selected training content within staff academies and construction onboarding programs. Working under the direction of the Training Leader, this position helps ensure training programs are executed consistently, professionally, and at a high standard. The Coordinator serves as both a program delivery support and an active trainer, contributing to learner engagement and workforce readiness across Operations, Site Management, Superintendents, Coordinators, Field Office Managers, Materials Managers, tool Superusers (i.e., InEight). Responsible for coordinating logistics, managing academy schedules, session calendars, class rosters, and facilitator assignments, and serves as a primary point of contact for learners regarding schedules, expectations, and overall learner experience.
