Maximus is hiring an Analyst, Pursuit Operations to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex business development pursuits and proposal activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining pursuit readiness by managing schedules, workplans, action trackers, milestone calendars, and status reporting to ensure teams remain aligned and on track to meet key deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Working closely with proposal, pricing, operations, sales, and other cross-functional teams, the Analyst, Pursuit Operations will monitor progress, track actions and dependencies, identify schedule risks, and facilitate timely follow-up on decisions and deliverables. Success in this role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, action tracking, and overall pursuit efficiency.
