The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job description: This work will bring the applicant a view of the current challenges and activities developed in the HHRR Systems. Mission of the position Support for configuring and developing internal tools, as well as providing innovative solutions to business needs by collaborating in the development of the HR strategy. Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes and tools to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy. Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations. Main activities- Implementation of functional requirements arranged by the department of HR Reward Operations.
- Provide technical support in the face of new business requirements.
- Resolution of incidents.
- Participation in improvement projects.
