Job Description/Responsibilities The Leadership Development Program (LDP) - Distillation is full-time, 2-year leadership development program designed to provide exposure across areas of the distillation operation, with leadership development experiences based on business needs and available opportunities. The program provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and develop skills to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. Gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing your leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills. Identify areas for improvement and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions to challenges within that area. Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Apply problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to real-world business challenges. Participating in development opportunities are designed to build your technical and leadership capabilities. Required:
Candidates completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible GPA 3.0 or above Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S Preffered Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op Physical Requirements Ability to pay attention to detail Culture and Benefits Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
