Posting Details Position Information Working Title Family Support Trainer, Level I Department Institute for Health Innovations Compensation Title Position Number 30030225,6,7,8,9 Position Status Contract, Grant Work Schedule 8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Hours per Week 37.5 Months per Year 12 Purpose of Position The Family Support Trainer, Level I, for the DCBS Employee Training Program (FS Trainer I) will manage the planning, communication and documentation for assigned training sessions in DCBS Family Support and will deliver family support-focused content and support trainees through applied learning strategies in assigned areas, following established lesson plans and curricula. The FS Trainer I will also manage records and reports in collaboration with the IHI Training Manager and attend personnel and reporting meetings as required. Occasionally, depending on demand, FS Trainers may assist with or manage special training requests. Travel in the Northern Kentucky region will be required for this position. Primary Responsibilities Manage planning, communication, and documentation for assigned training sessions Facilitate DCBS training modules in assigned areas of Family Support, supporting trainees through applied learning strategies Tracking and reporting on short-term outcomes and long-term goals; assisting with report writing State, regional, and IHI personnel and reporting meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a major in field related to training expertise. 3 years of experience required Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience 3 years Salary Pay Grade S70 Posting Detail Information Requisition Number 2025S2231 Job Open Date 05/04/2026 Job Close Date Quick Link https://jobs.nku.edu/postings/14975 Is this an internal only posting?
