Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administration, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and logistical support of compliance training, qualification programs, competency assessments, and employee development initiatives. This position supports regulatory, customer, and company training requirements while ensuring accurate records, effective communication, and continuous improvement of training and competency assurance programs. Responsibilities Training Administration Coordinate and schedule required compliance, regulatory, customer-specific, and company training programs for field employees. Maintain training records and compliance status within approved learning management and tracking systems. Monitor employee training requirements and expiration dates to ensure continued compliance. Maintain customer training matrices and provide training reports as required. Communicate training requirements and scheduling information to employees, division managers, account managers, personnel coordinators, and customers. Support implementation of corporate training initiatives and compliance training strategies. Competency and Assessment Administration Coordinate competency assessments, knowledge verifications, and qualification activities. Schedule and proctor Operator Qualification (OQ) assessments as required. Maintain qualification records and support reporting requirements within ISNetworld and other customer systems. Support annual knowledge verification and periodic competency assurance activities. Collaborate with operations, customers, and competency personnel to continuously improve assessment processes. Reporting and Analytics Collect, maintain, and analyze training, and qualification data. Monitor training completion rates and compliance metrics. Monitor reports and dashboards for management, customers, grant administrators, and other stakeholders. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide recommendations based on training performance data. Financial and Administrative Support Coordinate employee travel arrangements associated with training activities, including lodging and mileage reimbursement. Process training-related payroll entries and supporting documentation. Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation for training-related expenses. Support administration of workforce development grants, including participant tracking, reporting, and funding utilization. Assist with maintaining training budgets and supporting documentation. Vendor and Customer Support Assist in researching, evaluating, and coordinating external training providers, consultants, and vendors. Support customer training and competency reporting requirements. Maintain positive working relationships with customers, training providers, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders. Participate in meetings related to workforce training, compliance, and competency assurance initiatives. Qualifications Education and Experience Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Workforce Development, Analytics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered. Previous experience in training administration, workforce development, human resources, compliance management, competency assurance, or related fields preferred. Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training databases, reporting systems, and customer compliance platforms preferred. Experience with ISNetworld, Operator Qualification tracking systems, and data reporting tools is preferred.
