Job Description

Internal Trainer Job Summary The RedSail Internal Trainer conducts internal training programs for RedSail employees and meets with leadership from various RedSail departments to determine training needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for teaching, a strong desire to help others succeed, a drive for continued learning, and excellent organizational skills. Key Duties Delivers engaging training sessions using various methods to RedSail employees (workshops, e-learning, seminars, etc) Provides updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings Leads skill development training to develop customer service, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge Offers instruction and training on company-wide policies and procedures Provides one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed Provides performance improvement coaching to employees during training Maintains accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback Works with training team in collaborative manner to ensure training sessions are delivered consistently Stays updated on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for program enhancements Advises departmental management of employee development issues during training Completes additional duties as assigned Education/Training High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree preferred Required Work Experience/Skills Superior knowledge of RedSail products Minimum 2 years of experience in RedSail customer support role Excellent planning, decision making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Work Experience/Skills Call center operations experience Experience practicing as a certified pharmacy technician with supervisor responsibilities Previous experience as a technical lead in a technical support center Expert understanding of technical troubleshooting Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS Discretionary Judgment Uses independent judgment and discretion based upon the employee's experience in the position and knowledge of the products, equipment, and services Exhibits ethical work values Physical Demands, Working Conditions, and General Employment Guidelines Moderate levels of stress may be experienced in the performance of the job May be required to stand for lengthy periods of time while conducting training courses Prolonged use of the computer throughout the workday Periodic overtime may be required. Alternative shift work may be required occasionally Equipment PC, Laptop, Docking Station Safety to Self and Others Little responsibility for safety of others. Job is performed in an office setting where there are no hazardous materials or equipment Working Conditions/Hazards Position is performed in an open office environment Salary Range $70,000-75,000 Work Location •
