•Friday, 9:00 a.m.

•5:00 p.m. Stetson School is seeking an experienced and motivated Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality training and professional development initiatives. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring staff are well-prepared, well-trained, and supported through comprehensive orientation, ongoing education, and enrichment opportunities. This position is ideal for a collaborative professional who enjoys working across disciplines, developing effective learning solutions, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the development and implementation of staff training and continuing education programs Organize, coordinate, and conduct new employee orientation programs in collaboration with Human Resources Conduct training needs assessments and design, develop, and evaluate learning and development solutions Partner with subject matter experts to create, pilot, and refine training initiatives Acquire, coordinate, and develop learning materials that meet organizational needs and regulatory standards Coordinate conferences, workshops, seminars, lectures, and other learning events that support the mission of Stetson School and its affiliates Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and updates within the Learning Management System (LMS) Serve as a liaison with affiliate partners to assess needs and deliver appropriate learning solutions Obtain and maintain certifications required to teach mandated courses Perform additional duties as assigned Bachelor degree required Standard driver's license
