This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, helping people solve problems, and creating clear, effective training programs.



Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-user training programs for access control and door hardware software systems Serve as the primary point of contact for client software questions, support, and Q&A Manage and coordinate end-user training for clients nationwide Train users on software platforms used to manage access control systems, electronic locking systems, door hardware, and related security solutions Develop training materials, user guides, and other educational resources Work directly with clients to understand their needs and help them get the most out of their software Troubleshoot software-related questions and coordinate solutions when needed Assist clients with understanding workflows, system functionality, and best practices Communicate client feedback to internal teams and help identify opportunities for software and customer experience improvementsQualificationsSaaS/software experience requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable training users with varying levels of technical experienceOrganized and able to manage multiple clients and training initiativesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience creating training materials or delivering software training is a plusExperience with Microsoft ERP system, and Field Point Ability to travel occasionally, if needed recblid wo2l7yb1dd58leyztrzxiigcwu9t8t
