Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated K9 Day School Supervisor to lead and manage our start up day school environment, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for students, staff, and families. This vital role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, a mastery of R+ training and fostering a positive school culture rooted in dogs and their understanding of the world around them. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for canine development, strong management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of positive reinforcement training. Duties Check in and check out of canine day school participants. Set up of kennels and crating area. Building training plans. Keeping record of skills worked on including video demonstrations for pet parents. Qualifications KPA or equivalent certification a plus. Experience training a wide variety of dogs. Excellent customer service. Excellent organizational skills.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
