Recruitment & Training Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment & Training Specialist to support hiring, onboarding, and staff training across our growing multi-site specialty medical practice. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on attracting strong candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and helping build consistent training processes across locations. This position works closely with leadership and plays a key role in supporting practice growth, including new site expansion. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles Post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers Coordinate and improve new hire onboarding processes Support and help standardize training for front desk and clinical support staff Ensure consistency in workflows and training across multiple locations Track basic hiring and onboarding metrics (time-to-fill, onboarding completion) Assist with staffing and onboarding for future locations Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement practical solutions Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, or similar role Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred Strong organizational and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and partnering with leadership Experience with Indeed or similar hiring platforms preferred
