Workplace ESOL Trainer

Bi-lingual English Second Language Trainer in Massachusetts Select Strategy, Inc. is a Management Consultancy that offers corporate training to clients. We have an opportunity to provide in-person English Second Language (ESOL) training to a group of employees in a workplace in Middleborough MA. The trainer must be bilingual and able to adapt to the specifics and nature of the work performed by employees for optimal workplace ESOL training. The trainer must live within a reasonable commute of Middleborough MA for training sessions that are just two hours in length.

Please note:

Remote training is not an option. Timing There will be forty five (45) sessions of two (2) hours per session in total. The most likely times are 3pm to 5pm twice per week for 45 weeks. There will be a short break in summer. Training begins in roughly two weeks. Practical Logistics The class participants will be at various levels of English fluency from very poor English Language skills to building proficiency. The trainer must be able to train to the middle or higher level of the class using translation apps or class to make sure that everyone understands and is able to gain value.

Important note:

A complete immersion class is definitely not an option. It is essential that the trainer has enough ready-made course content to cover class time productively. There will be some customization, but the priority is building functional English Language skills. The successful Candidate Must be live near Middleborough MA and be willing to train in person. Must have a relevant degree and recognized English Second Language teaching credential. Must have corporate training experience. Has ready-made course content that can be readily applied, as needed. Must be willing to customize content. Is willing to train while translating rather than focused on immersion. The trainer must keep in touch with the needs of the class and be able and willing to adapt training accordingly. Conduct training within the required parameters so that the classes flow naturally without problems.

It is best not to apply if any of these requirements are not met. Payment $60 per hour. That is $120 for a two-hour session.
