Position Summary ParentalZen is adding ABA Specialists / Behavior Technicians (BT) to our clinical field team in Massachusetts. This position centers on implementing specialized behavioral support programs for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs across Sharon, Boston, and surrounding South Shore / Metro areas . Primary Duties & Clinical Expectations Direct Client Support:
Implement structured one-on-one behavioral sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under BCBA clinical supervision.
Data Collection & Progress Tracking:
Record live behavioral observations, skill metrics, and session notes using digital tracking software to inform ongoing program adjustments.
Positive Learning Environments:
Establish structured, safe, and motivating settings (in-home, center, or community-based) to facilitate communication, social interaction, and adaptive skills.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care.
Operational & Administrative Support:
Assist with clinical documentation, materials preparation, and workflow scheduling as directed.
Professional Development:
Complete mandatory ongoing training, professional ethical updates, and practical competency evaluations.
High School Diploma or GED required; coursework/degree in Psychology, Education, Healthcare, Data Analytics, or related human services is a plus.
Language Capabilities:
Professional fluency in English required. Conversational or fluent proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
Prior Exposure:
Experience working with youth or neurodivergent individuals in classroom, daycare, clinical, or camp settings is favored.
Certifications:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is welcome, but not required to apply (we provide complete, paid training for non-certified hires).
Compliance:
Must successfully pass background screening and hold or obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire (costs covered by employer).
