Description We are seeking a Trainer who designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
Required skills:
Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs, performing Instructional Design, developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars, and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature Three (3) years SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU) Five (5) years training experience with digital signals processing Experience with curriculum development and maintenance Experience with administrating virtual training Ability to travel C++ experience Benefits Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $115,000 - $140,000. Wealth Benefits:
