• Works to achieve key project/program objectives and deliverables.
• Responsible for understanding entire projects or processes spanning multiple technical areas.
• Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.
• Effectively communicates with the customer and external parties external.
• Develops marketing material to include but not limited to demo videos, marketing slicks, etc.
• Actively engages with the project team to know and understand the work being developed throughout each sprint
• Participates in scrum team ceremonies
• Leads demonstration sessions among the Government community
• Articulate in messaging functional and technical ServiceNow products and solutions
• Prepares demonstration presentations and documentation on a consistent basis
• Conducts dress rehearsal demonstrations prior to conducting demonstrations to the larger Government community
• Assists the team developing and establishing demonstration material for new team members
• Tracks and manages demo documentation within Atlassian's Jira and Confluence tools - This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret) - Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.
