TSSCI Cyber Trainer
Required Skills & ExperienceActive DoD TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4-8 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree) IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP) Strong knowledge of all four phases of the Joint Training System (Requirements, Plans, Execution, and Assessments) Familiarity with DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS Familiarity with the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) Ability to travel occasionally to support exercise development eventsNice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting DISA and DoD networks Experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadershipJob DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a TSSCI Cybersecurity Training Analyst to sit at Fort Meade, MD. This candidate will support a mission-critical cyber defense organization focused on training, readiness, and workforce development for cyber operations personnel. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in cyber training, curriculum development, workforce certification programs, and exercise planning to help maintain operational readiness. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with military and civilian leadership while directly contributing to the development of highly skilled cyber defense forces.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
