With a passion to better understand the real estate industry, the Training Support Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts throughout our organizations various business units, and work to quickly build training programs that best meet the adapting needs of our varied workforce. This individual will design training materials using a host of current software, deliver instructional content, and support our workforce in all areas of our LMS. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training curricula for web-based learning, classroom instruction, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning presentations. Produce training materials, educational aids, guides, videos, job aids, and documentation in a variety of print and electronic formats. Collaborate with all departments and subject matter experts to develop training focused on job-specific skills, compliance, policy understanding, operational consistency, and continuous improvement. Assist in planning, developing, and implementing annual training initiatives aligned with company core values, operational goals, and long-term vision. Facilitate engaging end-user training sessions and provide support through the Training Helpdesk. Support onboarding and continued development of new hires and existing team members through instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions. Assist in the preparation and coordination of training sessions by maintaining instructional materials, training records, facilities, equipment, and LMS content. Maintain the functionality and organization of the Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning courses, tracking learner progress, generating reports, and analyzing LMS usage data. Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of company systems, policies, procedures, instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, and industry best practices. Provide training and support for property management platforms and operational systems including Yardi, Aspire, CRM IQ, Procure to Pay, Happy Co. and other business software applications. Demonstrate strong project organization and time management skills while managing multiple training initiatives, deadlines, and requests simultaneously. Assist with rollout planning, communication, documentation, and change management initiatives related to operational or system updates. Present a positive and professional image of Friedman Training by building rapport and respectfully communicating with learners, department leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Provide support and/or leadership for assigned projects and departmental initiatives. Travel to properties or corporate locations for live training events and operational support as needed. Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in training, leadership, coaching, property management, or organizational development roles. Understanding and ability to utilize core learning principles including Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theory, Microlearning, Blended Learning, Learning Management Systems, and organizational learning strategies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines effectively. Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, motivate, and inspire individuals to achieve departmental and individual performance goals. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Excellent customer service, collaboration, and consulting skills. Experience facilitating classroom, webinar, and virtual training sessions. Ability to adapt training style and communication approach to varying learning styles and operational needs. Must be able to interact professionally with all levels and disciplines of employees. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation and training materials. Preferred Qualifications Multifamily Property Management or real estate industry experience. Experience working with Yardi Systems or other property management software platforms preferred. Experience managing projects, timelines, and training rollouts. Knowledge and application of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies. Experience creating operational processes, SOPs, and workflow documentation. Experience training on software systems and operational platforms. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting. Experience creating eLearning content, videos, or interactive learning materials.
