Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position. Benefits Base salary + bonuses. Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel. Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives. Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies. Requirements No degree or certification is needed. Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years. Strong personal sales track record. Willing to follow our proven sales system.
