Job Description
We are seeking an Equipment Training Specialist to support patient setup and education for our AffloVest therapy program. This is a paid-per-completed-job independent contractor role (not hourly). You will provide in-home or mobile patient support for the AffloVest. What You'll Do Complete AffloVest patient setups and education visits Ensure patients understand proper use and compliance Reinforce provider instructions and therapy goals Troubleshoot basic fit, comfort, and usage issues Document visit completion and patient status Coordinate with clinical teams as needed Pay Structure Paid per completed visit / job assignment 1099 independent contractor (PRN) Flexible scheduling — accept jobs as available Requirements No licensure required — just a positive attitude and a willingness to educate patients on the service in their home Experience in home health, DME, or medical equipment training preferred (not required) Strong patient education and communication skills Reliable transportation Comfortable with mobile / in-home visits Job Type 1099 Independent Contractor PRN / As-Needed Mobile Field Role Inclusion and equal opportunity We're committed to working with contractors from all backgrounds and engaging talent through a fair, inclusive selection process.
