Job Description
Our client is looking for a Learning Management System Admin in Auburn Hills, MI! This contract opportunity (possible extension or direct hire for the right candidate) offers a starting pay rate of $24.13/hour (benefits are available). ResponsibilitiesServe as the Lead LMS Administrator for Cornerstone LMS in North America.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manufacturing and Health & Safety LMS Administrators.
Act as the primary point of contact for LMS Administrators across North American manufacturing sites.
Review, update, and create SOPs, user guides, and training documentation.
Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and support LMS Administrator development.
Support Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) users with training and troubleshooting.
Help manage mandatory training assignments, completions, and reporting for employees.
Monitor training access and completion metrics and develop reporting processes.
Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities and LMS integrations.
Partner with ICT teams to resolve LMS system issues and enhancements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to train and support users.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience delivering train-the-trainer sessions.
Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), such as EdCast.
Experience supporting LMS environments within manufacturing, training, or corporate learning organizations.
Comfortable supporting and training users with varying levels of LMS knowledge.
Strong communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
Open to candidates ranging from recent graduates with relevant experience to seasoned LMS professionals.
