Job Description

The person in this position will work directly with K
  • 8th graders and support the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities across all areas. This position is Monday
  • Friday 2:00
  • 6:00 pm. The person in this position will: 1. Create an environment where our youth achieve their full potential:
  • promote program participation, and engage members in FUN!
  • provide guidance and role modeling to members and hold all members to high expectations.
Program Development and Implementation 2. Effectively implement programs, services and activities for members and visitors. 3. Monitor and evaluate programs, services and activities to ensure safety of members, quality in programs and appearance of the building at all times. Track all attendance for program participation. 4. Plan and participate in special programs and/or events. 5. Driving the organization van. 6. Understand and adhere to all the organizational standards for the Organization programs. 7. Understand and live out the mission and philosophy of Mankato Youth Place Inc. 8. Promote members' interest and participation in all organization programs.
