- Success Measures
- The Lead Specialist, Solutioning will be evaluated based on:
- Revenue influenced through live training opportunities.
- Solution win rate and conversion effectiveness.
- Time-to-solution and proposal quality.
- Adoption of standardized live training solution bundles.
- Customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback.
- Contribution to new offerings, operational improvements, and portfolio innovation.
- Cross-functional collaboration and enablement impact.
- Minimum full-time salary range is between $110,000 to $140,000.
