Clinical Education Specialist- Nursing Assistant Training Program Saint Luke's Health System - 3.5 Kansas City, MO Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications RN License Master's degree Full Job Description Job Description The Clinical Resource Nurse will provide expert clinical oversight and coordination for the organization's internal Nursing Assistant Training Program. This role will be responsible for delivering and supporting classroom and clinical education, ensuring program content and practices align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Shift:
Full Time Days The Clinical Resource Nurse will serve as a clinical expert and resource for Nursing Assistant students throughout their training, providing instruction, coaching and evaluation of clinical competences. The program is based at the Systems Office, with hands-on clinical experiences conducted across multiple locations across the organization. Role model leader change agent instructor and facilitator in the provision of clinical education services. Assesses plans implements and evaluates education programs and core curriculum for patient care staff. The CES serves as a clinical and educational consultant expert and supports the ongoing professional development of clinical staff utilizing current evidence-based practice and research. The Clinical Education Specialist will have system responsibilities for general and area specific orientation continuing education certifications and competency. The CES will collaborate with other educators and leaders serving as a referral resource for staff patients and the community in their area of expertise for information and education. The CES will maintain current with clinical knowledge and standards of care in their practice area to support quality outcomes.Job Requirements Applicable Experience:
