$42 - $48 /hour, depending on experience

Location:

Kansas City, Missouri Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a training professional who enjoys building structure from the ground up. In this role, you'll help redesign a training program by consolidating existing materials, creating role-based learning paths, and turning scattered resources into a clear, scalable training experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Redesign marketer training programs into role-based learning paths Review existing training materials and identify gaps Consolidate processes, resources, and content into structured programs Develop training materials and instructional content Document workflows and turn processes into easy-to-follow training Create screen-recorded training content using Camtasia or similar tools Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts Support ad hoc training and process improvement projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong background in Learning & Development or instructional design Experience building training programs from the ground up Experience redesigning or improving existing training programs Ability to organize complex information into clear learning paths Experience translating processes and systems into training content Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:
