Job Description

Are you a builder, or just a facilitator? If you are tired of simply running someone else's pre-packaged training slides and are ready to architect, own, and scale a comprehensive sales enablement program from the ground up, we want to talk to you. At Watchtower Security, we aren't looking for a training coordinator. We are seeking a strategic Corporate Trainer to design, operationalize, and sustain a full-cycle enablement system that accelerates our sales cycles and sets our growing national sales team up for measurable success. Key Responsibilities Build and lead Watchtower's training and enablement program Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires Develop scalable training content, sales playbooks, and coaching materials Partner with Leadership, RevOps, and HR to improve performance and ramp time Deliver ongoing training focused on effectiveness and skill development Manage enablement tools, LMS platforms, and training resources Track program performance and continuously improve enablement initiatives using data and feedback Qualifications 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or B2B sales leadership Proven success building onboarding and training programs that improved performance Experience with CRM systems, LMS platforms, and modern enablement tools Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous quota-carrying sales experience Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning frameworks Professional enablement or training certifications are a plus Why Join Watchtower Security?
