Job Description

Master's Ranch And Christian Academy is looking for a life skills trainer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Boys Ranch Life Skills Trainer Masters Ranch Christian Academy is a Baptist Christian boy's ranch for at risk teens giving them a chance for a healthy family relationship and becoming productive members of society. We are looking for likeminded mature Christian men with experience working with teens, to join us in this ministry. You would help manage and inspire up to 30+ teenagers to find success and live better lives by making wise decisions that bring lasting change. Join our team and help make a difference as a Life Skills Trainer at Master's Ranch Christian Academy. Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary standard of Christian character. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Ability to work under the authority of MRCA leadership and accept correction and guidance. Agree to exemplify a moral life as defined by a Christian worldview. Being Firm, Fair, and Consistent is necessary. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Assist and manage students throughout daily routines Monitoring mealtimes Monitoring Games and Activities Running PT Running PE Activities Monitor/participate in fishing, hiking, or swimming. Building relationships and mentoring Providing day-to-day life skills Maintaining a calm demeanor in every situation Must be willing to work 2 pm to 10 pm shift We are looking forward to receiving your application.
