You will work with employees across the organization on various services, programs, projects, or initiatives. Join us in creating nurturing environments where children can thrive and grow! Key Responsibilities Manage daily gift processing including accurate entry, documentation, deposits, and financial reconciliation. Manage the donor database, maintaining accurate donor and gift records, data integrity, spreadsheets, and reporting. Prepare timely, professional donor acknowledgments and stewardship communications, applying strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for donors, community members, and partners, delivering outstanding customer service. Play a key role in supporting the department, events, and high-impact giving seasons, helping our team achieve its mission and goals. Required Qualifications Completion of two or more years of college; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least one year of administrative assistant or coordinator experience. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, social services, or mission-driven environment. Why Intermountain?
