About us 4D Endurance is a Performance and Wellness Studio that specializes in one on one training with a strong focus on responsible progression with client goal integration.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strength program tailored to each clients needs.
- Evaluate Clients through movement screens
- Correct strength/muscle imbalances to achieve proper kinetic chain function
- Properly integrate corrective/functional strength with the clients training program
- Identify and correct strength/muscle imbalances to achieve proper kinetic chain function The successful candidate will possess a motivation to learn, grow and serve the clients goals as the main priority.
